Who can participate?

You need to be enrolled at one of those universities: Stuttgart Media University, Sapir Academic College, University Politehnica of Bucharest or Universidad Nacional Autónoma México. If you are not enrolled at one of these universities, you are not eligible for the seasonal schools.

How will you decide who is allowed to take part? What are the criteria?

This time it’s not about your grades! Yeah! Just make sure to be enrolled at Stuttgart Media University, Sapir College, University Politehnica of Bucharest or Universidad Nacional Autónoma México, write a comprehensive motivation letter and fulfill the other requirements mentioned here.

In which language will the seasonal school be held?

All seminars, workshops and events throughout the seasonal school will be held in English.

Who is financing the seasonal school and travel costs?

The travel costs, expenses for seminars, workshops and accommodation are covered by the Baden-Württemberg-STIPENDIUM for University Students – BWS plus. Further information on the different programs of the Baden-Württemberg foundation can be found below.

 

Baden-Württemberg-STIPENDIUM

 

The Baden-Württemberg-STIPENDIUM supports the international exchange of students and vocationally qualified people. Since 2001, it has enabled more than 20.000 young people from Baden-Württemberg to gain experience abroad and allowed scholarship holders from other countries to visit Baden-Württemberg. Approximately 1.500 young people receive a Baden-Württemberg-STIPENDIUM each year.

Baden-Württemberg-STIPENDIUM for University Students – BWS plus

 

With the Baden-Württemberg-STIPENDIUM for University Students – BWS plus, the Baden-Württemberg Stiftung supports innovative joint projects between universities from Baden-Württemberg and their international partners. The programme, which is endowed with approximately 1.2 million euros annually, was announced for the first time in 2011. Since then, more than 70 BWS plus projects have been supported at universities in Baden-Württemberg.
